Warm welcome from host. Incredible, excellent setting close to Paris from being on Line 1 which runs east to west taking in many of the major sites, nice shops and metro, nice shops and restaurants. Btw, located in the lovely Marais neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of a lovely neighborhood, close to everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was outstanding. The location was perfect, with easy access to a nearby Metro station.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris short walk to the Marais, a nice area of the city and the cafe. Rooms were all beautiful and provided with a sofa, the bathroom, for example.

Mind-blowing location for exploring top attractions, small but well-equipped room, handy kitchenette, quiet ambiance, helpful staff.

The location is marvellous adjacent to restaurants, Le Marais and historic sites, and the rooms are new-fashioned. Very attentive and amiable staff knows how to make your stay such wonderful! I loved the place.

It is conveniently close to various attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are beautifully decorated and well, appointed, with comfortable beds and luxury linens. the kitchenette area is equipped with a Nespresso machine and offers a good selection of glasses, plates, and cutlery. the bathroom is modern and comes with generous full, size amenities. the apartment provides a cozy and private atmosphere, combining the comfort of a boutique hotel with the convenience of an apartment.

The apartment lacks a designated dining area, making it difficult to have meals comfortably in the room.

Great location, easy access, lovely room decoration, comfortable bed and linen, well-equipped for a small room.

This chic studio in the heart of Le Marais exceeded all expectations! Convenient location near major sites, excellent facilities, and a beautifully appointed room with smart bathroom and full-size amenities. The kitchenette was useful and well-stocked. The bed was super comfortable and housekeeping was top-notch. Communication with the host agency was excellent. We would definitely stay again for the comfort of a boutique hotel with the privacy of an apartment. Minor issues with tap functionality and room size, but the overall experience was amazing. The location of Le Ferdinand - Le Marais Serviced was perfect, right in the middle of a vibrant area with plenty of bars and restaurants. We loved being able to walk across the Seine to the left bank. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and surprisingly spacious. The highlight for me was being able to open the windows and immerse ourselves in the sounds of Paris.

Loved the neighborhood! It was vibrant and lively, with great bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away. It felt safe and we had a blast exploring the area. the communication with the managing agents was excellent. They were prompt and efficient in providing information before, during, and after our trip. They even helped retrieve my forgotten clothes and delivered them to a friend. Impressive service! - the apartment had beautiful decor and the windows were a highlight. We could open them up and soak in the ambiance of the city, hearing the sounds of Paris. It really added to the overall experience.

The rooms were smaller than expected, with very limited storage space. It was a challenge to fit our bags and move around comfortably.
